Love Seats are individual mini healing sessions with me that focus on one woman's challenge while the group holds space. They're a very powerful way to get to your unconscious patterns.

We'll have a private WhatsApp group where you can ask me questions throughout the week and stay connected with one another. Historically women have created deep friendships in my group programs.

I say affirmations, how is this different?
Affirmations and positive thinking are useful but ONLY after you've cleared the unconscious beliefs that contradict them. If you're not in alignment with your affirmation it can actually be detrimental.

What exactly will we do in this program?
We'll use powerful inquiry, somatic, and energetic tools to uncover the origins of your not enough and unworthy parts.
Then we shift and rewrite those limiting stories using proven energy psychology practices. This creates new neural pathways in your brain to transform the way you feel and behave.

We meet on Tuesdays from 4 - 5:30 pm Pacific Time from April 30 to June 11.

Will I get any one on one time with you?
Yes! I adore doing what I call 'Love Seats' on the calls (think hot seat but gentler). This is where one woman volunteers to receive a mini session from me while the group holds space + receives the healing as well.
Plus you'll be able to ask me personal questions on the calls and in our private WhatsApp group.

What can I expect from doing this work?
The tools that I am sharing in Worthy are the foundation of the 1:1 and group work I've been doing with clients for over 15 years.
In working with me, women have gone from being perpetually single to happily married mothers. Women have been promoted to CEO and given significant raises. Women have set boundaries with their families and created massive amounts of freedom in their lives.
The practices you will learn are ones that you can continually use to uplevel every area of your life for the rest of your life.

A woman who feels Worthy deeply trusts herself. She recognizes when she is out of alignment or reacting from vulnerability, and she has the resources to quickly re-find her center.
